Prepaid Package FAQ

Why a prepaid package?
This is the best way to purchase a plan if you:
- Want a discount
- Don’t have a paypal account.
- Want to pay with your paypal balance and don't have a credit card.
- Not the owner of the website but want to pay for the website (eg. if you're an admin)
- Want to avoid keeping an eye on monthly subscriptions.

I’m in the middle of a monthly subscription and want to get a prepaid package on the same plan
We’ll start the prepaid package on the 1st day of the next billing cycle so the current monthly subscription won’t be wasted.


I’m in the middle of a monthly subscription and want to get a prepaid package AND upgrade
We’ll start the prepaid package immediately on the new plan, the previous monthly subscription will be canceled and any unused days will be (noncredited/nonrefundable).


I’m on a prepaid package and I want to upgrade. What happens?
If you’re on a prepaid package and want to upgrade, we’ll count your credits starting from the 1st of the next calendar month and apply it to your new plan. Unused days or portions of the current calendar month is non credited/non refundable.


What if I downgrade or cancel?
All prepaid packages and regular monthly billing subscriptions are non refundable even if there are unused months.

What happens to the site when the prepaid period has ended?
The website will automatically inactivate once the paid period is over, your content and data will remain and nothing will be deleted for the next 90 days where you can contact us to activate the site again on any billing cycle or activate it instantly on a monthly cycle.


Are there any additional fees I have to pay to purchase a prepaid package?
There are no additional fees, you are only paying for the months in a bundle.
