Create a recruitment application, contact form, match request or general form and decide who you want registering on your website!

User registration settings

Now you and your admins can decide who you want joining your website. For admins, the new User registration settings can be found in Site Editor > Settings > User registration

There are 4 settings:

1. Allow anyone to register on website Anyone can sign up or join your website and are automatically given full registered member status.

2. Users can only register via a form application and get approval To use this setting you will need to have an application form module created and set to Public view. Once a form has been selected, this setting will enable users to fill out the application form which will then alert the admins to either approve or reject the application. See application module below for further details.If the application is approved, the user will automatically be a registered member of your website. If the application is rejected, the user will remain a guest to your website and cannot join your website unless you remove the rejected application and have the user apply again.

3. Allow registration via user approval only With this setting on, when a user registers or joins your website via the regular register page, an admin can either approve or reject the registration. When approved, the user is given full registered member status. When rejected, the user will be unable to join your website. If you delete the rejected application they will be able to register again.

4. Users cannot register Registration will be turned off for all users.

Application form module

The applications feature is available to all plans and is very useful for recruitment forms and other various applications such as applying to be an admin, or site officer, requesting a match, promotions, awards, any type of application that needs approval!

This module can be used as a stand alone and placed anywhere on your website or automatically display in the registration system page if you've set Registration Settings to "Via Application Form".

For registration this module will automatically display registration fields (email, password, captcha etc) provided the user is not logged in. If the user is logged in it will only show the application form. Once a user submits an application form, it cannot be resubmitted unless the admin accepts or rejects the application, then removes it.

Application Form Settings

Admins can:

* Name application.
* Set who can apply to and view this application to either public, registered, admin or tag.(remember to set application to public if you want to use it as a registration form).
* Set who can manage and approve or reject applications to either Owner, admins or a tag.
* Set approval tags - this lets you assign 1 or more tags automatically to an approved user. You can choose to leave it to no tag, users will always automatically gain Registered User Status when approved.

Create a form

You can place on a form:

BBcode messages - This gives admins the area to write a blurb using bbcode to display text or images on the form.
and you can place 6 different question types:

1. Text field - This is a small input box for users to fill out.
2. Large text field - This is the same as Text field but has a larger input box.
3. Radio selection - Allows a user to select one option from a list of options.
4. Drop down selection - Users to select 1 option from a dropdown.
5. Single check box - Users can check 1 option using a box.
6. Multiple check box - Users can check multiple options.

For all questions you can set if it's mandatory or optional for the user to answer. You can add as many questions or BBcode messages and order their display position by dragging them around.

General Forms Module

This is a separate module and includes the same create form system as the application form. This is great to use as a contact us form or any other general form that doesn't require an approve or reject. Submitted forms will appear in the general tab in your application update page.

General forms module is available to paid plans.

Managing Applications

For Admins
A new link in the top right corner called "Applications" will appear.

You can
* Manage the applications received on the website the application was created.
* View all Open applications and forms submitted.
* Comment on any application.
* Approve or Reject applications.
* View approved or rejected applications.
* View all general forms submitted
* Remove Approved or Rejected applications - If you remove a rejected application the user can re-submit the application.
* View your personal applications submitted to other websites

For Users
When you submit an application to a website you can:
* View all applications submitted for each website.
* Cancel an open application, this will automatically delete your application on both the admins end and your own.
* Comment on any application.
* Delete approved or rejected applications.
