How do I purchase a package?

Include the following:

I want a {Choose 6 month or 1 year} prepaid package {choose Advanced or Ultimate} for my website {include URL}

We will get back to you via email and create a custom invoice for your account where you can make the payment.

What if I’m in the middle of a monthly subscription and want to get a prepaid package on the same plan?
We’ll start the prepaid package on the 1st day of the next billing month so the current monthly subscription won’t be wasted.

What if I’m in the middle of a monthly subscription and want to get a prepaid package AND upgrade?
We’ll start the prepaid package immediately on the new plan, the previous monthly subscription will be canceled and any unused days will be (noncredited/nonrefundable) You can choose to wait for your site to be deactivated, and have us activate it on the new plan/prepaid package.

I’m on a prepaid package and I want to upgrade. What happens?
If you’re on a prepaid package and want to upgrade, we’ll count your credits starting from the 1st of the next month and apply it to your new plan.

Eg. If it’s August 4th and you want to upgrade your plan, we will apply the credits from unused months calculated from Sept 1st. The portion for the remaining days of August is nonrefundable /noncredited.

What if I downgrade or cancel?
All prepaid packages and regular monthly billing subscriptions are non refundable even if there are unused months.

What happens to the site when the prepaid period has ended?
The website will automatically inactivate once the paid period is over, your content and data will remain for the next 90 days where you can contact us to activate the site again on any billing cycle.

Are there any additional fees I have to pay to purchase a prepaid package?
There are no additional fees, you are only paying for the months in a bundle.
