73rd Rangers is a highly refined website with an incredible amount of detail, organization and multi levels of structure with even more to come. Since the launch of Enjin, this website has pushed the limits of each module and have constantly found new ways to integrate features. The community:    

We are not a clan, we're a military style virtual combat unit focused on competitive, realistic, tactical operations! It's been over ELEVEN years since we began our quest to be thè premier unit in tactical FPS gaming, and now we are rearmed and poised to completely dominate in 2010. Although the 73rd Rangers are always scouting for talented soldiers, new blood can make or break a unit, so we have a rigorous process for those who think they have the metal to enlist and follow our guidelines and command structure. Interested soldiers can complete an ENLISTMENT application via our Enjin powered Garrison portal.

Once enlisted, our Rangers are provided member Bio pages of their own. These serve almost as stand alone sub-sites controlled mostly by the individual member. The Bio pages are created for each Ranger after (s)he earns full membership status. From that point on, as each member is promoted they are awarded new Bio page perks along with their new rank and privileges. These perks include a Blog page, a personal shout box, a mp3 block, a Gallery page, a YouTube Video page, links modules, info list blocks, and many more. Promotions are based on TIS (time in service), performance, activeness, and EMP (earned membership points). What our Rangers participate in (scrims, matches, drills, practice, meetings, etc.) and what they do (roll call, recruiting, reporting, etc.) will earn EMP. When a member has earned sufficient points to reach the next rank, their membership is evaluated by a Cadre member or an Officer in their Battalion Chain of Command. If all goes well, the individual member is awarded a promotion with as much fanfare as possible at the time.  

Our Rangers are dedicated and versatile, able to compete in any current arena, but they are able to adapt to the upcoming battlegrounds as well. The ever changing landscape of the FPS community is a challenging one, but we are confident that twenty-ten will be thè "Year of the Rangers", HOOAH!
